Sam Rivkin - Studio Manager

Sam Rivkin is a jack-of-all-trades with a focus on the arts. From performing piano recitals when he was a child to studying Music Production in college, he has been immersed in a life of music until doing more recent, long-range projects in business and video production.

As Studio Manager at Jetline Creative, Sam brings ready-made skill sets that reflect his diverse experiences prior to joining Jetline’s staff. With Burbank Entertainment, he worked as the Script Supervisor for the television pilot Heaven! shot in Belfast, Northern Ireland. At Jetline Creative, he has been involved with the audio and video production of live performances, fundraisers, music videos, and more.

He has had several related positions over the years such as serving as a drum tech and programmer for Prince's band, The Revolution, in which his father is the drummer. He has also worked in sales and inventory at American Guitar Boutique; as a client coordinator for Midwest Sound; and as an Event DJ with his own DJ company, Rivkin Entertainment.

Working in various music projects throughout his life and playing a multitude of instruments led him to a variety of music production endeavors. Sam produces electronic music under the moniker Conduit, in which he has found national attention for his sound-design focused beats. As part of several other music collaborations, he’s engaged in the live electronic music band, Betafuse, which involves the improvisational looping of guitar, bass and synth using Ableton Live, as well as other endeavors. He also manages the Minneapolis-based electronic music label The Great Magnet, founded by Ableton school “Slam Academy” CEO, James Patrick.
